
Cancellation Policy & Deposit Requirements
BZM TRAVEL AND TOURS

Prices are all in US Currency. To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total tour package cost is required 45 days prior to arrival. Total payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done in writing as soon as possible.
Full Refund:
1) We reserve the right to change any itinerary to match the weather conditions. If we cancel any trip because of unsafe or unsuitable weather, you will receive full refund, less 10% banking fees.
2) In any circumstances that your itinerary changes prior to arrival (minimum of 45 days prior to arrival), and you must forgo the reserved tour(s), a full refund is given, less 10% banking fees.
Partial Refund: If you cancel more between 45 and 30 days prior to tour date, you will receive a refund, less 10% banking fees.
No Refund: Full payment is due no later than 30 days before the start of the trip and becomes nonrefundable at that point. You will receive no credit or refund if you fail to attend the trip or any portion of it.
Indemnity
Booking a tour(s) with BZM Travel and Tours confirms that you fully accept responsibility for your actions or conduct while on the tour with us. We have all right to terminate your tour or tour package to any member due to misconduct. If your actions or that of any member of your party causes damage or lost to the tour equipment(s) during the course of the tour, you agree to fully indemnify us against any claim made against us or on behalf of the owners of such equipment.
Liability
We accept full liability for the proper performance and obligation under our agreement for the provision of your package. If any member of your party suffers any physical bodily damage whilst on the tour due to any failure on our part, we accept liability. Liability is accepted except under the circumstances that follow:

If the failure is at your own fault if you or any party member chose not to act or conduct oneself as instructed by guide(s)/driver of the tour for the safety and well-being of yourself or that of your party members.

If the failure is the fault of a third party who is no way or form connected to the provisions of the service being given to you by BZM Travel and Tours.

If the failure is with any unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control whereas the consequences could not have been avoided even when all the due care have been executed.
We shall offer general assistance to any client who suffer illness, personal injury or lost to personal item during their tour with us. But we will NOT be liable for the cost incurred from the above mentioned thus BZM Travel and Tours Tours highly recommends that you have a Comprehensive Travel Insurance for yourself and that of each party member.
